Are you licensed and insured for commercial works?
Yes. Project Coatings holds all relevant trade licences, public liability insurance, and workers’ compensation cover. We are a CM3 prequalified contractor and can provide documentation upon request.
Can you work nights or weekends to avoid disruption?
Absolutely. We regularly deliver after-hours and shutdown programs to reduce operational impact, particularly for retail centres, aged care facilities, and healthcare sites.
Do you provide all WHS documentation before works commence?
Yes. We supply a complete documentation pack ahead of time, including:
- Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS)
- Job Safety Analyses (JSA)
- Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
- Licences, certifications, and insurance
What areas do you service?
We are based in Crows Nest and service the Sydney Metro area, Greater NSW, and key regional centres.
Do you offer warranty coverage?
Yes. All works include a 5-year workmanship warranty (product warranties in line with manufacturer specs). We also provide a defect review and reinspection at six months.
Can you handle jobs that require rope access or EWP?
Yes. Our team includes technicians certified in:
- IRATA rope access
- Elevated Work Platform (EWP)
- Working at Heights
- We can safely access façades, multi-level structures, and restricted areas.
Do you provide fixed quotes and clear scopes of work?
Always. We prepare a detailed scope and quote following a site visit, including product specification, access needs, documentation requirements and scheduling.
